Return of the Osprey – 24th April 2019

We will be pleased to welcome Ralph & Brenda Todd on Wednesday 24th April 7.30 at St Lawrence Church Annexe.

Return of the Osprey

Based on many separate weeks as volunteer wardens at the famous RSPB Scottish reserve at Loch Garten, in the shadow of the Cairngorms this talk tells the history, changes and developing story (including their expansion into England and Wales), through a typical volunteer’s week, of the ospreys returning to Scotland as a breeding bird, the protection they have been afforded, some of the conservation issues surrounding them plus some of the beautiful habitats, scenery and wildlife within striking distance of the reserve.

Please book as usual using the website or the link to the booking form below. In March we sold out so book early to avoid disappointment.

If you would like not to receive future emails about our talks please use the unsubscribe facility on the booking form.
